Chili’s Romania brings the American franchise experience to Europe for the first time, in a space that combines a casual semi-industrial style with metallic accents and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

PickTwo Studio coordinated the entire process through a one-stop-shop approach: from concept development and interior design to architectural design, MEP engineering, procurement, technical documentation, and on-site implementation, working alongside an extended team of collaborators dedicated to each specialty. This integrated coordination ensured coherence, efficiency, and full compliance with the franchise’s international standards.

Every detail was carefully considered with functionality and operational efficiency in mind. Chili’s branding elements, custom furniture, and Texan and Mexican influences shape an authentic space that is both distinctive and easy to operate. The two-level kitchen layout and the clear organization of customer and staff areas enable a smooth and safe workflow while meeting all technical standards.
