Chili’s Romania brings the American franchise experience to Europe for the first time, in a space that combines a casual semi-industrial style with metallic accents and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

PickTwo Studio coordinated the entire process through a one-stop-shop approach: from concept development and interior design to architectural design, MEP engineering, procurement, technical documentation, and on-site implementation, working alongside an extended team of collaborators dedicated to each specialty. This integrated coordination ensured coherence, efficiency, and full compliance with the franchise’s international standards.

Every detail was carefully considered with functionality and operational efficiency in mind. Chili’s branding elements, custom furniture, and Texan and Mexican influences shape an authentic space that is both distinctive and easy to operate. The two-level kitchen layout and the clear organization of customer and staff areas enable a smooth and safe workflow while meeting all technical standards.

A contemporary architectural project inspired by the identity of the Bucovina village, Dorf Hotel reinterprets the proportions and horizontality of traditional houses, integrating them into an architectural composition that harmonizes with the mountain landscape. The complex is conceived as a small, self-sufficient hamlet, arranged in pavilion-style across the site, similar to old farmsteads with their outbuildings, but featuring modern functions dedicated to tourism: a spa, massage areas, yoga platforms, spaces for small outdoor events, and scenic viewpoints.

By fully embracing the natural terrain, each building volume is oriented to capture wide mountain panoramas, while a carefully designed pathway guides visitors toward a final belvedere point. To bring the rural experience even closer, the project includes a greenhouse with local plants and vegetables, creating a tangible connection between architecture, nature, and the rhythms of local village life. The result is a sustainable, context-driven architectural concept that fosters authenticity and reconnection with both landscape and tradition.

Azure Paje – A Luxurious Residential Oasis in the Heart of Zanzibar

Building on the success of the renowned Azure Michamvi resort, this exclusive residential community is designed for discerning homeowners and savvy investors seeking the perfect blend of modern sophistication and tropical allure in Zanzibar’s most celebrated destination.

The design of Azure Paje embraces open terraces, lush greenery, and thoughtfully integrated communal spaces. Two striking central pools serve as the vibrant heart of the community, while expansive top-floor terraces offer private garden areas that seamlessly merge nature with luxurious living.

Set on a 16,000 sqm plot, the development comprises four medium-rise buildings (up to five floors), meticulously planned to create a harmonious living environment. The project offers a diverse mix of 262 residences, including:

• 48 elegant two-bedroom apartments
• 22 exclusive penthouse apartments

Clinica Elos

Elos Clinic is a multifunctional complex where diverse activities are seamlessly integrated into a single building. The architecture reinterprets the residential concept with a distinct character, where the basement and ground floor are defined by an arcade system with compositional and structural significance, forming the backbone of the spatial concept.

Spațiul The program includes dedicated beauty service areas, lounge spaces, office zones, and event areas, all developed with a cohesive architectural language in terms of color and volume. The intervention proposes an elegant, timeless aesthetic tailored to the functional identity of the entire complex: a contemporary beauty clinic where material coherence, light control, and spatial articulation create a refined, integrated experience.

This medical and beauty clinic design combines high-end interior design with functional efficiency, offering patients and visitors a luxurious, comfortable, and welcoming environment ideal for beauty and wellness services.

Balada Event Hall is a lavish ballroom wrapped in deep blue hues, embellished with gilded Art Deco geometry. Above, the ceiling glows and shifts through a spectrum of colors, creating a living canopy of light that transforms the entire space.

Golden accents and mirrored surfaces reflect each hue, adding movement, brilliance, and visual drama. The atmosphere embodies a reinvention of classic luxury, elegance in motion, perfect for unforgettable events, weddings, and high-end celebrations.

Sous Sol Bar

Designed as a contemporary speakeasy, the project preserves the charm and mystery of the historic space on Splaiul Independenței, transforming the entire journey from the entrance into a carefully orchestrated experience. The exposed brick becomes the authentic backdrop of the space, while velvet drapes define discrete zones, emphasizing a sense of secrecy and exclusivity. Diffused light and an intense palette of red and green create an intimate, mysterious, and cool atmosphere, characteristic of a speakeasy.

The result is a place where past and present naturally intertwine, complemented by experimental cocktails and a memorable sensory experience.

Ted’s Coffee Co. Drive Thru

The Ted’s Drive Thru project marks the introduction of a new concept within the Ted’s Coffee Co. network. The space is located in a significantly larger site than previous locations, allowing the brand to be reinterpreted in a more airy, fluid form, adapted to the needs of a continuous customer flow.

The interior design combines a minimalist-industrial style with bright accents and a balanced color palette, where neutral tones are complemented by statement elements, such as the yellow front of the main counter. The layout is designed so that ordering, serving, and relaxing flow naturally, both for drive-thru customers and for those who choose to enjoy their coffee inside.

The façade maintains the same contemporary line: simple volumes, robust materials, and large glazed surfaces that create pleasant visual transparency and connect the interior with the exterior. The drive paths are designed for intuitive access, while the generous terrace serves as a natural extension of the interior, offering comfort and openness to the outside.

By balancing functionality, aesthetics, and a strong brand identity, Ted’s Coffee Co. Drive Thru becomes an easily recognizable visual landmark, transforming a coffee stop into a coherent, modern, and memorable experience.

Vivo Brasov

VIVO – Fusion . Food . Bar in Brașov offers a contemporary culinary experience where creative gastronomy blends with eclectic, functional, and sustainable interior design. The concept brings together local and contemporary influences through a visual language that reinterprets historical and cultural symbols in a modern way.

Defining elements include stained-glass windows inspired by the Black Church, street art as a medium of urban dialogue, engravings of local mammal species, and the motorcycle—the brand’s symbol, associated with dynamism, nonconformism, and cultural fusion. These elements create a visual manifesto linking the identity of the place with the modern and responsible spirit of the chain.

The interior design emphasizes fluidity and comfort: ergonomic, configurable furniture, clearly defined yet naturally connected dining and bar areas, plus technology integration through LED screens with artistic and informative roles.

Thus, VIVO Thus, VIVO becomes a vibrant, inclusive space where creativity, functionality, and sustainability converge in a modern dining experience with both local roots and global openness.
