Horeca 2.0


Following the rules of social distancing our public spaces need a complete update, a new design that will help people respect the social norms imposed by the post-COVID world. The new rules of redesigned spaces need to be implemented especially indoors: cafes, markets and pharmacies are among the most affected.

Our project imagines a Restaurant unit that is opened to customers 24/7, with different areas that are adapted for COVID and delivery.

The main restaurant principles are:
1. Spaces that can be adapted to different activities: dinning / co-working / meeting / private dinning
2. Special shop & delivery area – with 24/7 access
3. Sustainable materials and products. Eco-friendly.
